Annual Volunteer Dues

• $350.00 per household

• 200.00 Discounted rate for retired seniors 65 and older.
  

This association is not a mandatory HOA. Payment and participation are voluntary. The HOA does not impose fines, late fees, interest or enforcement authority over residents or properties.
Fees help cover expenses related to but not limited to the following:

• entrance lighting

• taxes on clubhouse & common arears

• landscaping of common areas

• Fee assessed By County Code Enforcement for citation
